Mission Overview

At AlgoForge Aerospace, we push the absolute limits of propulsion physics, but we never gamble with lives or property.

As the Launch Safety Officer, you are the ultimate gatekeeper. You will oversee the safety protocols for explosive VORTEX-1 RDRE hot-fire tests and full-stack orbital operations. From designing the physical Flight Termination System (FTS) boundaries to establishing ironclad range-clearance procedures, your word overrides every engineer on the team. If it is not safe, it does not fly.

Operational Objectives

Architect and enforce uncompromising Go/No-Go criteria for all live-fire engine tests and orbital launches.

Take ownership of the Autonomous Flight Termination System (AFTS), collaborating with Avionics to ensure tamper-proof, redundant explosive destruct sequences.

Develop and enforce Hazardous Operations procedures for the handling of high explosives (ordnance), high-pressure pneumatics, and volatile cryogenic propellants.

Act as the primary interface with national range authorities (e.g., ISRO/IN-SPACe) to secure airspace/maritime clearances and regulatory approval.

Command the Abort console during live missions, possessing the authority and reflexes to terminate off-trajectory vehicles instantly.

Mission Prerequisites

B.S. in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or equivalent hardcore military/range safety operations experience.

Verifiable background in hazardous operations, explosive ordnance safety, and launch range control.

Deep fluency in aerospace safety standards (e.g., AFSPCMAN 91-710, RCC 319, or equivalent Indian regional standards).

Ice-cold demeanor. You must possess the psychological resilience to manually destroy a multi-million dollar rocket if it threatens the safety boundary.

Willingness to deploy to active test sites (Mahendragiri/Sriharikota) and work in high-stress field conditions.
