Role: Mission Manager

Command the countdown. Clear the range. Drive the cadence. You are the ultimate orchestrator of orbital flight.

Mission Overview

At AlgoForge Aerospace, launching rockets is a violently choreographed symphony. Hundreds of engineers, thousands of parameters, and millions of pounds of thrust must perfectly align at T-0. As the Mission Manager, you are the conductor.

You will dictate the mission timeline, from satellite payload integration to the final terminal count. You are the definitive voice on the comms loop, ruthlessly removing roadblocks, managing Launch Commit Criteria (LCC), and holding the final 'Go/No-Go' authority for orbital flight.

Operational Objectives

Drive the master launch timeline, flawlessly coordinating vehicle rollout, wet dress rehearsals, and terminal countdown sequences.
Run the Launch Control room, directing cross-functional teams (Propulsion, GNC, Avionics) through critical, split-second anomaly resolutions.
Serve as the primary liaison for high-value payload customers, ensuring their multi-million dollar assets are integrated and deployed perfectly.
Enforce strict Launch Commit Criteria (LCC), synthesizing weather data, range readiness, and vehicle health telemetry into definitive launch decisions.
Conduct the final launch poll. You are the ultimate authority on whether the vehicle leaves the pad.

Mission Prerequisites

5+ years of intense aerospace operations experience (Launch Control, Flight Director, or Military Aviation Commander).
Ice-cold leadership skills—the ability to process massive amounts of technical data and make definitive, irreversible decisions under extreme stress.
Broad, multidisciplinary understanding of orbital mechanics, propulsion dynamics, and range safety protocols.
Impeccable, concise communication skills. In the control room, every word matters.
Direct experience navigating the regulatory and range-clearance requirements of ISRO, IN-SPACe, or the FAA.
